We handle account information, authentication data, profile settings, character preferences, chat content, scene state, message credits, subscription status, and basic device or request logs needed to operate the service.

Payments are processed by PayPal. Kizuna stores payment status, order IDs, subscription IDs, plan IDs, amounts, currencies, and credit grants. Kizuna does not store full card numbers or PayPal login credentials.

We use information to authenticate accounts, deliver AI chat, remember character progress, operate billing, apply safety checks, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and maintain service security.

Chat prompts, generated replies, character details, and image prompts may be sent to AI or media providers so the requested feature can work. Safety review may also process user input, generated output, and image prompts.

We use trusted providers for authentication, database hosting, payment processing, AI generation, image generation, analytics, security, and infrastructure. These providers receive only the information needed for their services.

We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect users, or to investigate fraud, security incidents, or abuse.

We keep account, billing, and chat data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain safety records.

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information through the account support channel. Some billing, security, and legal records may need to be retained after account deletion.

Kizuna is intended for adults. Do not use the service if you are under 18. Do not submit highly sensitive personal information, passwords, financial account details, medical records, government IDs, or private information about another person.

We use authentication, access controls, payment provider safeguards, safety filtering, and operational monitoring to reduce risk. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.
