You must be at least 18 years old to use Kizuna. By creating an account, starting a checkout, or using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and agree to these terms.

You are responsible for your account, login methods, and activity. Keep your credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create safety or security risk, abuse payment systems, or interfere with the service.

Kizuna generates fictional AI character messages, scenes, profiles, and images. Outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, or emotionally persuasive. Do not rely on Kizuna for professional advice, emergency help, or important personal decisions.

You remain responsible for the prompts, messages, and content you submit. Kizuna may block, remove, or refuse content that violates our safety rules.

Paid plans and message credits are processed through PayPal. Prices, renewal cadence, taxes, and payment method details are shown during checkout.

Subscriptions renew until cancelled through the available billing flow or payment provider controls. Message credits are applied to the purchasing account after a successful payment capture.

Refunds are handled according to applicable law, payment provider rules, and the status of the purchased access or credits.

Do not request explicit sexual content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual content, exploitation, abuse, harassment, threats, privacy violations, malware, fraud, or instructions to bypass safety systems.

Do not reverse engineer, overload, scrape, resell, or interfere with Kizuna or its providers.

Kizuna, its interface, characters, brand assets, and service design are owned by Kizuna or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable right to use the service under these terms.

You keep rights you already have in content you submit. You grant Kizuna the rights needed to host, process, generate, display, moderate, and improve the service.

We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, characters, plans, credits, prices, safety rules, or availability. We may update these terms when the service changes.

Kizuna is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free output, permanent availability of any character or feature, or that generated content will meet every expectation.
